Does it cost operators anything?
No, and there is no plan where it does. Companies pay to search. Operators are what makes searching worth doing.
Will companies get my phone number?
No. A company sees your first name, your suburb and region, what you run and when you are free. Enquiries come through the platform. If you want to hand over your number, that is your call to make in the conversation.
What does "confirmed" actually mean?
Someone who worked with you confirmed a specific machine and a specific task — not a general thumbs up. Anything you have claimed but nobody has confirmed stays marked as your claim. We do not round that up.
I have tickets. Does that make me verified?
It makes your tickets verified, and the badge will say which ticket. A White Card is an induction, not a competency assessment, and we will not label it as one.
Is this only South Australia?
That is where it starts, because that is where the work and the conversations are. The platform is not built to stop at the border.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can close your account and your profile stops being searchable. Confirmations others gave you are part of the record while your account exists.
